・It was difficult to develop a wide variety of products at current production capacity as well as to increase the production of the flagship products due to lack of available resources for the needs.

・Due to shortage of orders, labor forces were reduced. However, at the peak season when more orders came, production capacity couldn't meet the demands.

・Preparation time for production took a long time.

The requirements and purposes from the customer

・Increasing the production of the flagship products by upscaling the facilities.

・Being capable of producing a wide variety of products for small quantities with existing tanks.

What we did

・Commissioning one re-usable mixing tank (1500L) twice the capacity of the existing tank.

・Modification of the piping system, valves, nozzles, etc. to increase performance.

・Reducing the time of technical discussion, design, modification, transportation, hence, the delivery time is shortened.

Results

・The production time is reduced, less downtime.

・The customer's requirement for the increase of productivity is satisfactorily met.

・The existing tank (700L) can now be used for the production of a wide variety of products for small quantities.
